Day 25

My thoughts are scattered, unorganized, much like my life felt when we moved last year. I switched from reading my morning meditation newsletter about the individual power of prayer and that intimate connection that we can have with God when we make time for meditation and prayer to an excerpt in my Daily Guideposts book that I read today was when God told Abram, “Go from your country . . . to the land that I will show you” (Genesis 12:1). Because Abram followed God, God blessed him with a great nation.
I am not sure now if we asked God to move here because we were worried about me not be able to drive to work, or if God wanted us to move here. All I know is that he made it happen.
Lord, what do you want me to do next, and how I can use my talents to serve you better? I pray that we do not squander our blessings, but help bless others or pay our blessings forward as we tithe and in other ways, as we serve.
Health update: I just got an appointment at the Vanderbilt neurology department in two weeks for a second opinion, but it is only a precaution.
